We're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to lead both the analytics and product development of our site end-to-end, owning how we measure, build, and continuously improve the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product and data background who is ready to own the full site experience.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end ecommerce experience, including product development, site roadmap, and ongoing optimizationTranslate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design team to executeLead site-wide analytics, including KPI definition, dashboarding, and performance analysisDrive A/B testing and experimentation across key site flows to improve conversion, engagement, and revenueAnalyze the customer journey to identify friction points and inform product and UX improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, and report regularly to the COO on performance, insights, and prioritiesQualifications:5+ years of experience in ecommerce, product management, or digital analytics, ideally within a DTC or consumer brandStrong product management experience, with the ability to define requirements and work closely with engineering teamsHighly data-driven, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar toolsExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategiesStrong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to connect site performance to broader business goalsExcellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Details:Full-time, hybrid position in NYCHybrid schedule: 3 in-office days per week Salary range: $95,000-$125,000 (based on experience and skillset) Benefits package: health benefits, paid parental leave, generous PTO, and employee discountsOpportunities for professional development and career advancement within the companyFun, fast-paced and collaborative work environmentPepper Home is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
