Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to determine material and labor costs. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align estimates with project goals. Track and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure accuracy. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing. Prepare and present detailed reports and cost analysis to management and clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and construction materials in Manhattan. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
