Job Description Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project feasibility. Monitor and adjust estimates as project details are refined or updated. Maintain clear and accurate records of all project estimates and related data. Provide support in developing budgets and project timelines for construction initiatives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to optimize project budgets. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and labor costs. Completed estimates on projects exceeding $100M. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
