Marketing Manager - The Reserve NYC (+ Multi-Market Portfolio)Luxury coliving & furnished housing | Based in NYC | $80-90K + 15% bonusThe RoleWe're hiring a Marketing Manager to drive the local, scrappy, high-intent side of leasing marketing "” starting at The Reserve NYC (256-unit luxury coliving in East Harlem) and expanding across our growing portfolio in Nashville, Raleigh, and other emerging marketsEvery property has a furnished housing component "” coliving suites, flex-term units, and fully furnished apartments for travel nurses, corporate relocators, grad students, and remote workers. Marketing these units takes real creative thinking: lifestyle storytelling and knowing the niche platforms where furnished renters actually look.This isn't an ILS-feed-management job. The big platforms (, Zillow, StreetEasy) are table stakes.
