Job Description Social Media Manager About the Role We are on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. This position is perfect for a creative storyteller who excels in brand strategy, visual storytelling, and audience engagement. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that resonate with our brand voice, foster community interaction, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Create and manage a robust social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Oversee the editorial calendar for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.). Conduct competitive content analysis to discover trends, gaps, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging. Creative Execution Ideate, brief, and oversee the production of original social media content including graphics, videos, carousels, stories, and Reels. Work alongside in-house creatives (designers, videographers, copywriters) to craft engaging content that elevates both engagement and conversion rates. Bring a keen visual perspective to all assets, ensuring a unified brand aesthetic. Participate in seasonal photoshoots and ad hoc studio shoots to capture content, including self-shooting and editing in collaboration with photographers and videographers. Channel Management & Growth Drive organic growth through captivating content, community engagement, and testing new ideas. Optimize posting schedules, hashtags, CTAs, and formats based on data and platform best practices. Explore and identify new and emerging channels that align with brand values and audience interests. Community Engagement Engage with community conversations, DMs, and comments to build trust and loyalty. Spot opportunities to surprise users with thoughtful and timely interactions. Performance & Analytics Set KPIs and monitor performance across all channels, reporting on engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness. Utilize data to refine content strategies, including tone, timing, and format. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new platform features. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in social media, ideally within a consumer brand, creative agency, or digital-first environment. Proven experience in developing impactful social campaigns with clear, measurable results. Strong aesthetic sensibility with a portfolio showcasing exceptional creative content. In-depth understanding of the unique language, trends, and behaviors specific to each social platform. Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut. Ability to analyze social performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Self-motivated with outstanding time management, project management, and detail-oriented skills. Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or youth culture sectors. Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies. PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Starting pay will reflect various factors, including relevant experience and location.
