Title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing ManagerType: fulltimeLocation: NYCOnsite 4 days/weekSalary: $80,000-$110,000About the role: We are seeking a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and social media initiatives for a growing fashion brand. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how to build authentic creator relationships, shape compelling content, and drive measurable brand growth across social platforms.In this role, you will own influencer strategy from outreach through execution, helping expand brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will collaborate cross-functionally with creative and paid media teams, manage content calendars, and use performance insights to refine campaigns and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and audience growth.Identify, recruit, and manage creators, tastemakers, and brand partners who align with the aesthetic and values of a fashion brand.Lead creator communication, negotiations, gifting, campaign coordination, and relationship management.Provide creative direction and campaign briefs to ensure content feels platform-native while maintaining a premium and cohesive brand voice.Oversee the social media and influencer content calendar, including planning, timelines, and storytelling needs across channels.Partner with paid media and creative teams to share campaign learnings, optimize content performance, and align on priorities.Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion to inform future strategy.Support in-person creator experiences, content capture, and brand activations as needed.Qualifications4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media, ideally within a DTC, ecommerce, or fashion brand environment.Strong understanding of influencer partnerships, creator ecosystems, and social content trends.Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Strong visual judgment and an eye for fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.Preferred ExperienceExperience with affiliate and creator platforms such as ShopMy or LTK.Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of how influencer content supports paid performance.Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
