About RoleRing Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We're seeking a Brand Marketing Senior Director to lead the development and execution of brand strategy to drive relevance, brand heat, and long-term equity.This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign concepting, and cross-channel orchestration. You'll partner closely with channel leaders across social, communications, and influencer marketing to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing and working closely with our Founder & CEO, you'll serve as a key brand steward, setting direction, driving alignment, and building a high-performing brand engine that delivers measurable business impactResponsibilities Brand Positioning & StorytellingOwn and evolve Ring Concierge's brand voice, ensuring it is consistent, recognizable, and meaningfully integrated across all channels and customer touchpointsServe as the internal champion of brand identity, ensuring all marketing, product, and customer-facing efforts ladder up to a cohesive brand experienceLeverage cultural, competitive, and consumer insights to inform strategy and unlock growth opportunitiesPartner closely with Creative to develop best-in-class campaigns and content that elevate the brandTeam Leadership & Strategic OversightLead and develop a team of channel experts across social, communications, and influencer marketing, empowering existing leaders and driving clarity across roles and prioritiesFoster strong cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Growth MarketingDrive alignment, accountability, and executional excellence across all brand initiativesIntegrated Campaign LeadershipLead the development of 360° brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies (e.g., product launches), from brief through execution across paid, owned, and earned channelsEnsure alignment between brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives across the funnelIdentify and drive culturally relevant moments, partnerships, and activations that build awareness and affinityPartner cross-functionally to ensure consistency of messaging across all consumer touchpoints, from marketing through site and retailSocial Media StrategyShape platform strategy across social platforms, including editorial direction and innovation roadmap, in close collaboration with the team to drive brand and business impactEnsure all social channels reflect a cohesive, brand-aligned digital flagship experienceSupport the team in identifying and capitalizing on cultural trends, new formats, and emerging platformsDefine success metrics in partnership with Growth team to balance brand building and business outcomesCommunications, Influencer & Strategic PartnershipsSet the strategic vision for influencer, PR, and brand partnerships in close collaboration with the existing teamEmpower and support the team in executing high-impact creator relationships, partnerships, and media opportunitiesIdentify whitespace opportunities and scale what's working to drive measurable impact across awareness, acquisition, and revenuePartner on defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to ensure all partnership investments are aligned to full-funnel business objectivesResearch & MeasurementDefine and implement KPIs to measure the success of brand campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, optimizing both in-flight and post-launchDevelop a deep understanding of the target customer, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform brand strategyAbout You Passionate about building brands and telling compelling stories, with a strong focus on resultsStrong editorial eye paired with a data-driven mindsetDeep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and brand storytellingProven ability to lead through strong existing teams, empowering functional experts while driving alignment and impactHighly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship-builder across internal teams, creators, and external partnersRequirements Bachelor's Degree preferred10-15+ years of brand marketing experience; luxury retail preferredDTC experience requiredProven ability to align brand strategy with business goalsExperience measuring and analyzing social, communications, and influencer performanceTrack record of leading and developing high-performing teamsExperience establishing and managing partnerships with influencers, brands, and mediaExperience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agenciesDetailsFull-time role located in midtown NYCHybrid work model, with the expectation of four days per week in office and nights and weekends as neededOffice Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hoursHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance for full-time employees401K with employer match programGenerous employee discounts on fine jewelryPaid time off, including an extra allowance of 3 days annually for religious observancesCompensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
