Production Manager

Job Description: Manage overseas Production of RTW, Accessories and Swim. Responsible for seasonal timelines, enforcing deadlines cross functionally, and with vendor partners. Duties:· Plan seasonal T&A with factories and strategize timing alongside Production Director and Tech Director.· Manage weekly WIP reporting and oversee data entry by Production Coordinator & enforce timelines. RLM entry of xfty. · Handle daily communication with factories and raw material vendors. · Assist in SMS costing process as well as manage final costing process and entry in RLM.· Invoice and shipping reconciliation, collaboration with finance. · BOM management throughout bulk phase. · Counter development of pending materials as needed on exception basis in bulk phase. · Manage bulk material submit and approval process.· Communication of bulk projections to factories pre final buy process. · Issuing of Purchase Orders in RLM and PO maintenance with cost changes. · Shipping document approvals with factories and follow up on discrepancies. · Analyze entry summaries from freight forwarders & HTS codes.· Source new factories alongside head of Production and PD. · Upload of pricing in RLM & line adoption within ERP system.· Attend fittings and record notes for BOM changes, and cross functional awareness of style changes.· Analyzing data and running various reports for upper management.· Collaboration with logistics on shipping of goods through warehouse deliveryRequirements:· 5-8 years of experience in overseas Production. · Denim Experience is a plus.· Strong attention to detail.· Analytical.· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. · Team player with can-do attitude & self-starter.· Working knowledge of RLM is a plus.
