Patent Litigation Associate

Lateral Link has been retained to assist an AmLaw firm and repeat client with a new search for a highly motivated mid-level litigation associate to join the firm's nationally recognized Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Litigation practices. The associate may sit in any of the firm's Northeast offices (including Washington, D.C.)The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience, with a focus on patent disputes and matters involving life sciences companies. The associate will be responsible for representing life sciences clients in all phases of litigation, managing discovery, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and working closely with in-house counsel and technical experts.
