The role assists the Managing Director of IT in managing technology demand from corporate departments and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support operational efficiency and organizational growth.This role combines application project management, business partnership, and enterprise technology implementation oversight.Corporate IT PartnershipServe as the primary technology partner for corporate functions including Finance, Marketing, and Human ResourcesAssist the Managing Director of IT in coordinating technology priorities across corporate leadershipTranslate corporate operational requirements into actionable technology initiativesFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and the Corporate Technology teamDemand Management & Strategic PlanningManage intake and prioritization of technology initiatives originating from corporate divisionsCoordinate demand management across Finance, HR, and Marketing technology projectsAssist in maintaining the corporate technology roadmapProvide updates on project status, risks, and delivery timelines to senior leadershipApplication Project Management & ImplementationLead implementation and delivery of enterprise applications supporting corporate functionsManage application rollouts, upgrades, and integrations across SOCOTEC systemsCoordinate implementation activities across internal technology teams and external vendorsEnsure applications are successfully deployed, documented, and transitioned into operational supportEnterprise Platform DeliverySupport delivery of corporate platforms including:Finance and ERP systemsExpense and travel management platformsMarketing automation systemsHR and employee experience technologiesA key near-term initiative will include delivery of the Concur travel and expense platform across SOCOTEC USA operations.Vendor & Stakeholder CoordinationManage relationships with software vendors and implementation partnersCoordinate cross-functional project teams across IT operations, financial systems, and software engineeringTrack project budgets and vendor deliverablesEnsure project milestones and service commitments are metGovernance & ReportingMaintain appropriate project governance and documentationTrack project status, risks, and financial performanceProvide regular reporting to the Managing Director of IT and corporate leadershipEnsure projects follow SOCOTEC governance standards and delivery processesQualificationsRequired10+ years experience in IT project delivery, enterprise application implementation, or technology program managementProven experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, or Marketing systemsExperience delivering enterprise software implementationsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience managing cross-functional technology initiativesPreferredExperience implementing corporate finance platforms or expense management solutions (e.g., Concur)Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek, Oracle, SAP, or similarExperience in professional services, consulting, engineering, or construction industriesFamiliarity with cloud-based enterprise systems and SaaS platformsCore CompetenciesStrategic planning and demand managementEnterprise application implementationStakeholder engagement and communicationVendor and contract managementProject governance and delivery oversightOrganizational leadership and influenceAdditional InformationAdditional informationFor more information, please visit Type: Full-TimeSalary: $140-160kAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SOCOTEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.SOCOTEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
