Manager – Software Application Specialists

Job Description: Lead team of Application Specialist and lead deployment processes of Motorola’s public safety and command center software suite Conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and other discovery events. Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives by analyzing workflows. Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum, learning aids, and other instructional materials. Define, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing processes. Act as a liaison between technical resources, engineers, and project managers. Partner with Project Managers and Program Directors throughout the project lifecycle. Present analysis results and project updates to stakeholders. Requirements: High School diploma, Associates, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information technology environment. 3 years of experience as a People Manager required. Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
