Production Coordinator - Product Developer / Merchandiser BackgroundPhantom BrandsPhantom Brands is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator with a background as a Product Developer / Merchandiser to lead the development and execution of innovative home goods product lines. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full product lifecycle and has successfully brought products to market for both small boutiques and large national retailersWhat You'll DoDevelop and manage home goods product lines from concept through productionResearch trends, materials, pricing, and competitive landscapesBuild and maintain product assortments tailored to different retail channelsCollaborate with design, sourcing, and operations teams to bring products to lifeWork closely with manufacturers and vendors on specs, costing, and timelinesEnsure products meet brand standards, quality expectations, and margin goalsSupport merchandising strategies, line reviews, and retailer presentationsManage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in product development and/or merchandisingHome goods industry experience is requiredExperience developing products for both small retailers and large retail accountsStrong understanding of product lifecycle, costing, and production processesExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsStrong eye for product, trends, and market positioningAbility to balance creative vision with commercial and operational realitiesExperience working with domestic and international manufacturersFamiliarity with retail compliance, packaging requirements, and logisticsExperience launching or expanding product linesWhy Phantom BrandsOpportunity to shape and grow impactful home goods collectionsCollaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial team environmentHands-on involvement in product strategy and retail growthWork with both emerging and established retail partnersTo apply:Please submit your resume and any relevant product development or merchandising work.
