It is a long term contract opportunity with our client. if you are interested, please share your updated resume here.Role: Techno Functional Consultant SAP FSRILocation : New York City, NYJob Duration : Long Term ContractJob Description:Techno-Functional Consultant Role SummaryThe FSRI (Financial Services & Risk Management / Insurance) Techno-Functional Consultant acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires deep domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Insurance, combined with strong technical, data, and system implementation skills to design, configure, and deliver enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities:Functional ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze FSRI business processes including:Banking & Financial ServicesRisk Management (Credit, Market, Operational, Liquidity)Insurance (Life, General, Health)Regulatory & Compliance (Basel, IFRS, Solvency, AML, KYC)Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD / FRD).Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and operations.Define data requirements, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.Assist in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.Support process re-engineering, automation, and optimization initiatives.Technical ResponsibilitiesWork on enterprise applications such as:Core Banking / Insurance SystemsRisk Platforms (e.g., credit risk engines, regulatory reporting tools)Data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platformsPerform system configuration and functional setup.Write and review:SQL queriesData mapping documentsInterface / integration specificationsSupport API integrations, batch jobs, and ETL processes.Collaborate with developers on: EnhancementsBug fixesPerformance optimizationEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background Bachelors degree in:Engineering Computer Science Finance Information Systems Business AdministrationStrong SQL proficiencyExperience with data models, data warehousing, and reportingKnowledge of:ETL conceptsAPIs / system integrationsCloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP - preferredThanks & Regards,Lokesh NarapakaSr US IT Recruiter, Tek Leaders IncEmaillokesh.n@LinkedInHeadquarters Dr. Suite 105, Plano, TX 75024
