Human Resources Information System Analyst

Our client is a financial services firm in Manhattan and they are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their team.This role is hybrid.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key resource for HR systems like ADP Workforce Now, HiBob, and Cornerstone LMSSupport day-to-day system administration, helping ensure data accuracy, smooth functionality, and a positive user experienceCreate and maintain HR reports and dashboards, with a focus on making data easy to use and actionableCollaborate with teams across HR, Finance, and IT to improve processes and workflowsAssist with system updates, enhancements, and integrationsHelp troubleshoot system questions and partner with vendors when neededLook for opportunities to simplify processes and introduce automation where it makes senseDocument methodologies and ensure audit-ready reporting processesQualifications:3-8 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with an emphasis on automation and reportingExperience with ADP is important for success in this roleFamiliarity with HiBob and Cornerstone is a plus; we value candidates who are comfortable working across multiple HR systemsBachelor's degree preferredThe annual base salary range is $65,000-$85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
