Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Recruiter to join their team temporarily in New York. This individual is well versed in recruiting for luxury retail or jewelry and has a knack for selecting exceptional candidates.ResponsibilitiesScreen resumes and conduct first round interviewsHelp build leadership pipeline for future retail rolesUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidatesConsult with HR partners on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, background check standards and agency resourcesAssist in the onboarding and training processes for new employeesSchedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for meetings, including booking of conference roomsAssist with HR records management, including scanning, filing and maintaining departmental and corporate filesProcess invoices and create new employee documentsRequirements:3-4 years of Recruiting experience (Retail industry preferred)Advanced skills with Microsoft Office & LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with Recruiting DatabasesBachelor's degreeAbility to accurately assess talent through phone screening, resume review, and structured interview processStrong collaboration skills with an ability to appropriately challenge business partners on candidate assessmentAdvanced organizational skills and timely follow up with multiple internal customers and external candidatesTeam focused and an ability to work and relate to people from all backgroundsPlease submit your resume for consideration!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
