Title: Talent Attraction Specialist (Legal Recruiter)LHH Recruitment SolutionsLocation: Northeast Residency, required (Remote with client-facing flexibility)LHH Recruitment Solutions is growing our Northeast Legal Staffing team and looking to add a Legal Recruiter to the team. This is a true blended/dual desk role, combining both recruiting and sales/business development.What You'll Do:• Recruit and place attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals with law firms and corporate legal departments• Own a full desk - managing both candidate generation and client development• Build and grow a book of business through outreach to law firm partners, corporate General Counsel, and key legal decision makers.• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn to build pipelines and deliver quickly for clientsWhat We're Looking For:• 2+ years of consistent legal agency recruiting experience with demonstrated tenure and success at the same firm;• OR paralegals/attorneys interested in transitioning into a recruiting/sales career• Prior sales or business development experience is a strong plus• Strong communication skills, urgency, and a competitive, results-driven mindsetLegal experience is required "” this can come from working as a paralegal, attorney, or recruiting within a legal staffing/search environmentWhy Join LHH:• Established client base and strong team support to help you ramp quickly• Competitive base salary ($65K-$80K) plus uncapped commission• Flexible, remote environment with opportunities for client interaction• Backed by a global organization with significant career growth opportunitiesIf you're interested in learning more, feel free to apply or reach out directly.Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
