Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing New York City team. This role will partner closely with employees and managers across the business, delivering exceptional HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, people-centric, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practicesManage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and HRIS data integritySupport recruitment efforts, including posting, sourcing, interview coordination, offer processing, and new hire onboardingBe the point person for all HR related employee questions Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on New York labor regulationsHandle employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution support, leaning into all client groups including corporate, retail, and warehouseMaintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports and analytics as neededContribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experienceOther responsibilities as neededQualifications for the PositionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar roleStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in New YorkExperience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationSHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plusAbility and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
