Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Surveyor - This role involves conducting quality reviews, evaluating agency performance, and supporting surveillance activities for Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSA), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA), hospices, and Home Health Aide Training Programs (HHATP) in accordance with New York State laws and regulations Requirements: Minimum of 1 years' related experience required. Travel experience preferred.
