Our Behavioral Health Center seeks a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist. Position Summary: Excellent position for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist. Conducts biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client's strengths and needs. Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (Trauma Informed, CBT and/or Psychodynamic) to achieve mutually agreed upon goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a crisis, short term, or long term basis. Provides services in person and through telehealth. Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines within the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with representatives of community agencies and resources. Consistently meets service levels expectations and ensures highest quality level of care. Documents client treatment and services via Electronic Health Record system Responsible for maintaining the privacy of client protected health information. No evenings or weekends required. Duties/Responsibilities: Collects biological, psychological and social data and information about the client's present situation and past history of functioning. From this data, evaluates and develops a biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client's strengths and weaknesses. Contracts with the client, significant other or family member those issues to be addressed and worked on to assist, maintain and/or to improve client's situation. Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions to achieve mutually agreed upon goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a crisis, short term, or long term basis. Identifies environmental resources, advocates and assists the client in securing needs benefits and entitlements. Provides case management activities which includes the coordination of services, activities or programming to accomplish the designated goals and objects of the client's treatment plan. Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines within the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with representatives of community agencies and resources. Performs outreach and case finding to community resources, agencies and groups. Consistently meets service levels expectations and ensures highest quality level of care. Performs administrative duties that include maintaining statistical records, writing reports, medical chart documentation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor. Responsible for maintaining the privacy of patient, client or protected member health information. Work Remotely: Hybrid Education: Required Masters in Social Work or Counseling Psychology Licenses & Certifications: Required LCSW or LMHC Skills: Preferred CBT, DBT, EMDR, and/or Psychodynamic Bilingual (Spanish) Experience: Required Previous clinical experience in OMH clinic, hospital private practice or other similar setting. Eligible to be credentialed to conduct services billed to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances. We offer a very competitive salary and benefit package. No evenings or weekends.
