Job SummaryCT/MRI Imaging EngineerLocation: New York City (Field Service)Salary: $100000 - $135000Equipment: CT/MRIThe RoleAs our client's team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for CT and MRI systems across client sites. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment within your assigned regionPerform preventative maintenance and quality inspectionsMaintain accurate documentation for internal records and client reportingAct as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issuesUphold company values and provide exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking a self-motivated problem solver with a strong technical background in medical imaging systems.
