Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Geriatric Telehealth

Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity awaits a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a rapidly growing medical group focused on providing high-quality primary care to the geriatric population in the tri-state area. In this role, you will conduct primary care visits via telehealth from our Brooklyn office, working with on-site medical assistants and nurses to provide comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Our practice is built on a unique model of bringing healthcare directly to senior communities. We provide primary care, specialist care, and care management to residents in assisted living and adult home communities. Competitive salary of $145,000 or $70/hour, $8,000 annual health insurance stipend, 20 days PTO plus holidays, malpractice covered, license/DEA fees covered. Monday-Friday, flexible hours 9am-5pm preferred, no on-call.
