Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Glens Falls, NY Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care $120,000–$140,000 We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead full facility operations in a clinically advanced Skilled Nursing environment in Glens Falls. This is a hands-on executive leadership role with full operational oversight — clinical, financial, regulatory, and cultural. The ideal candidate is confident, accountable, and thrives in environments where decisions move quickly and outcomes matter.
