One provider requested. Inpatient, Hospital Based Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hrs. Weekend Requirements: 7a-7p Beeper call 7p-7a Night call Locum will supervise CRNAs. Daily mix of own cases and CRNA supervision. Ratio: 1:3/4 Pt.
