Duties and Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility, and functional limitations Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory requirements Supervise PTAs and therapy technicians while collaborating with front desk and clinical teams Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote long-term outcomes and independence Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) 1–5 years of outpatient experience preferred (orthopedic experience a plus) New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth Physical Demands Ability to lift, push, pull, and assist patients during exercises and transfers Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently May be exposed to infectious diseases, electrical equipment, and physical demands related to patient care Ready to Make an Impact?
