Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Astoria, New YorkJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Schedule: Monday to Friday- Day shift (no weekends or on-call requirements)Setting: Outpatient Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.This role emphasizes patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary clinical team.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients Obtain detailed patient histories, including medical, family, and social backgrounds Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments Order, interpret, and perform diagnostic tests, screenings, and lab procedures Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and administer injections in accordance with medical guidelines Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., laceration repair) Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active and unrestricted xijylhu license to practice in the state of New York Board Certification in Family Medicine Current DEA license Must be an Individual Medicaid Provider Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) preferred but not required Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan (403(b)) Paid time off and holidays
