Oncology Field Medical Director – Thoracic, Non-MD

Job Description: Provide therapeutic area/product expertise across a broad range of medical customer segments Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers within a territory Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights Understand Pfizer Medical Affairs priorities to contribute to Medical content strategy development Maintain effective communication among Medical colleagues Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels Optimize patient centricity of Medical communications and deliverables Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments Provide scientifically supported information in response to requests from HCPs Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs colleagues for clinical trial site identification Provide Medical support throughout the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process Cultivate research and therapeutic area expertise Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a health science required Relevant experience required: PharmD/PhD with 6 years of experience, MBA/MSc with 8 years of experience, BA/BSc with 10 years of experience Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders Manage a significant volume of projects developed in a remote environment Exhibit the ability to prioritize, successfully implement, and demonstrate excellent judgment skills Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team to foster strong Pfizer/customer professional relationships Effectively manage through and lead change in an evolving healthcare environment Change agility; be flexible to new opportunities and adaptable to organizational change Problem-solve and network enterprise wide as appropriate to identify solutions Rapidly adopt and utilize new digital technology and other resources with medical customers Operate a Pfizer company car and regularly fly on airplanes Maintain flexibility to travel 60-80% of time Benefits: 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions Additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution Paid vacation Holiday and personal days Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage
