Job Title: Virtual Care CoordinatorPosition Type: Contract (W2) | ~3 Months (High chance of extension)Pay Range: $27-$29/hour (W2)Location: New York, NY 10017Shift: 5x8 Hours • Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMRequired EducationAssociate or Bachelor's degreeCertificationsNone specified Project DescriptionSupports virtual patient care and telehealth operations Works on remote patient monitoring, telehealth workflows, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborates with clinical teams, leadership, and technical partners to ensure patient safety and program effectiveness Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality assurance, peer reviews, and program evaluations Monitor virtual patient care, clinical status, and safety risks Triage and assign cases for virtual monitoring/observation Collaborate on telehealth workflows, policies, and implementation Maintain operational databases and monitor program metrics Identify trends and implement corrective action plans Provide real-time troubleshooting support for telehealth platforms Document patient behaviors, interventions, and escalations Ensure telehealth sessions run smoothly and on schedule Act as liaison between clinical teams, physicians, and technical partners Train staff on telehealth workflows and systems Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security policies Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of direct patient care experience Minimum 2 years of telehealth experience Experience with telehealth technologies and remote monitoring Experience with quality assurance, data collection, and workflow development Ability to identify and escalate changes in patient condition Experience with EMR systems (including Epic) Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of telehealth policies, protocols, and regulatory considerations Preferred SkillsExperience in policy development and telehealth program implementation Strong data analysis and database management skills Training and onboarding experience Ability to identify trends and improve workflows Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
