We value therapists who can hold complexity, think critically, remain open-minded, and deeply respect each client's individuality and inner wisdom.What Makes This Role DifferentA core part of this position is training and perspective development.Before seeing clients independently through the practice, therapists complete a required onboarding and training process to ensure alignment, pre-client training hours are compensated $20/hour.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual and/or in-person psychotherapy sessions (individuals and couples)Maintain timely documentation (SimplePractice, 24h)Participate in supervision and case consultation (individual and peer)Support thoughtful client-therapist matching and retentionEngage in ongoing learning and trainingOptional involvement in groups, workshops, content, or community offeringsOutreach/networking using provided templates and guidanceCompensation & SupportFee-for-service compensation: Limited-Permits: $50 for individual sessions, goes up $10 for every $50 more earned on top of $100 rate. See cash-pay clients from $100-250.Paid onboarding/training period ($20/hour)Individual + group supervision included4 paid admin hours/week Software expenses coveredTraining bank/stipend for continuing education and modality development ($20/hour)Flexible schedule and work styleIdeal Candidate We are looking to onboard someone that can work with couples!You may be a strong fit if you:Value both science (grounded in evidence, tested) and intuition (somatic intelligence, truth known in the body)Have strong self-awareness and emotional maturity (can take responsibility)Are curious, grounded, and open to feedbackTake serious care of yourself, and prioritize your own needsCare deeply about helping people create meaningful change (not interested in creating codependency)Have interest in somatic, attachment, relational, or integrative workUnderstand therapy as both a clinical and deeply human processValue your own growth, health, and embodiment practicesServices we currently offered below for reference: Individual Psychotherapy (45-90 minutes): I draw from a diverse and ever-expanding toolkit, including applied polyvagal theory/nervous system regulation, relational healing, narrative and belief work, IFS parts work, integral therapy, feminine empowerment and embodiment, inner-child healing, chronobiological wellness (aligning with natural rhythms), frequency-based healing (sound and light), breathwork, and mindfulness.Sound Therapy & Auditory Protocols: Including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support vagal tone and emotional regulation.Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Release Work: Techniques to support the discharge of stored stress and trauma through movement, neurogenic tremors, breath, and embodied awareness.Group Offerings: Focused support groups including ADHD support, trauma and tremor release, circadian protocols for mental health, and women's hormone health.Collaborative Care: Coordination with other holistic providers: such as physical dietitians, pelvic floor therapists, colon therapists, health coaches and functional medicine doctors, to support integrated, whole-person healing.
