This role plays a critical part in ensuring patient safety, enhancing telehealth services, and collaborating across clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor patients remotely for safety and clinical needs• Support hospital-based telemedicine services• Assist in telehealth program implementation and best practices• Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and technology partners• Ensure strong communication across patients and care teams• Contribute to quality and safety outcomesRequirements:?? 2+ years of telehealth experience?? Direct patient care experience?? Strong computer & EMR skills?? Excellent communication and organizational skills??
