This individual will be responsible for ensuring a friendly and compassionate organization and service experience. In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Concierge as the initial point of contact of our multidisciplinary medical office and provide assistance to our patients and other visitors. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.In this position, you will be assisting patients through their journey across our multiple specialties. You will have the knowledge of all our services that we offer and be able to answer basic inquiries regarding who Hudson is and what health services can we offer to our community. You will also be pioneering a Concierge workflow process with our team and be located in our newly renovated West Village office.ResponsibilitiesBe the face of the Hudson brand and ensure a positive experience for all patients and patrons.Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and SMS communications in a professional and timely mannerProvide general information regarding Extension Health services and the programs we offer; be able to speak to any marketing promotions we have ongoing at the timeFacilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients by working with various team membersBe able to schedule and coordinate patient care using our EMR system Communicate and triage any concerns to appropriate staff personnel Contribute to our customer service by devising creative solutions and offering clear guidance to our patientsMaintain high-end patient/client relationshipsIdentify potential improvements and recommend them to Hudson leadership, support change initiativesPerform related duties as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceAttention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and highly organized work skillsCompetence in EMR (AthenaHealth, Vibrant), Google Suite (preferred), Gladly (CRM System)Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalismDemonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking skillsEffective listening skills with excellent customer satisfaction skillsKnowledge of medical terminology and treatment processesSecondary language is a plus such as Spanish, Mandarin, CantoneseEducation and CertificationBachelor's Degree (preferred) 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service or hospitality administration
