In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our client's fulfillment operations, ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory excellence, and a seamless experience for every patient we serve. Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge, you will serve as a key individual contributor, overseeing site-level workflows and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance within our modern fulfillment environment. This is a temporary, overnight position working Sunday through Wednesday 9:30 pm - 7:30 am.ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight & VerificationPerform comprehensive prescription verification and drug utilization reviews (DUR) to ensure the highest level of patient safety and dispensing accuracy.Operational LeadershipSupport and supervise pharmacy technicians and logistics personnel, fostering a culture of efficiency, precision, and adherence to established workflows.Regulatory StewardshipEnsure all operations strictly comply with state and federal regulations; manage documentation and the safeguarding of legend drugs.Service CoordinationOversee the lifecycle of pharmaceutical services, from initial processing to final delivery coordination, ensuring timely fulfillment for our patient population.Quality & ConfidentialityMaintain absolute patient privacy (HIPAA) and contribute to internal Quality Assurance programs to drive continuous service improvement.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with internal clinical and tech teams to optimize our proprietary delivery models and support innovative care initiatives.QualificationsLicensureActive, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence; must be in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.EducationBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in a clinical, retail, or high-volume healthcare setting.LeadershipProven ability to organize workflows and lead a diverse team of technicians and support staff.Ethical StandardsA deep commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to maintain high ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.Physical/Tech RequirementsAbility to work at a computer workstation for extended periods and adapt to new pharmacy management software.Pay range and compensation packageWe will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).Equal Opportunity StatementAs a job position within our Allied division, a successful completion of a background check may be required as a condition of employment.
