If you like what you've read so far, please go on for details on the Account Executive role we have open.What we're looking forAn Account Executive for MSL's Healthcare Practice.What you bring to the table: The successful candidate will have 2+ years of proven success in healthcare communications, demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment and passion to drive impactful initiatives in the healthcare space and beyond.What you'll do: Anchored on one of the agency's largest accounts, the Account Executive will be joining a highly effective and engaged team that consistently cultivates successful partnerships with a long-standing client in the cardiometabolic space. As a member of the growing Healthcare Practice, this individual will have the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the network to shape shape and execute programs that will move the needle for our clients. In an increasingly competitive landscape, this person will implement innovative, compliant concepts that will effectively engage key stakeholders over time. You won't be a part of the conversation, you'll create it.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day implementation of creative, strategic programs that produce superior media and business resultsConduct media (traditional and social) monitoring, based upon account and/or agency needs, and prepare client-ready reportsLeverage traditional media as well as digital/emerging technologies for PR programming and influencer outreachContribute to regular internal and client touch bases to ensure efficient and productive interactions; produce resources including agendas, project trackers, recaps, etc.Manage assignments to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are metSupport campaign measurement and reportingMonitoring and analyzing industry and competitor trends and providing insightful recommendations to team and clientQualifications:2+ years' experience in public relations or public affairs at an agency or corporate in-house (healthcare experience required)Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to collaborate on cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams balanced with ability to work independently to advance projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build positive, effective relationships with external third parties and vendorsSolution-oriented approach to assigned projectsAppreciation for, and interest in, relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social mediaA strong interest in and understanding of healthcare and media trendsPassion for contributing to positive working relationships with colleagues within the agency and across the networkAttention to detail to facilitate responsible budget management, campaign tracking/reporting and material developmentAbility to project manage, multi-task and proven success maintaining high quality work with multiple client demandsProficiency in the Veeva platform is a plusCompensation Range: $46,500- $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
