Nanny - New York City (Live-In or Live-Out)

17th March, 2026We are supporting a partner agency of ours that has a returning client who is seeking an experienced nanny for their toddler in New York City. The family is open to both live-in or live-out candidates. This role requires flexibility for domestic and international travel and occasional overnight care when needed.Requirements:-Minimum 8+ years of full-time professional nanny experience-Extensive toddler experience-Longevity in previous positions with verifiable references-Prior experience working in an ultra-high-net-worth household-Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education-Ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed home-Flexible and travel-readyThe family prefers candidates who are currently based in New York City, though relocation may be considered for the right candidate, as live-in accommodations can be provided.Compensation:$45-$50 per hour plus full benefits.
