Job DescriptionEssential Job Duties:Operate safely within policy, procedures, and governmental regulations and fully participate in safety programsOperate manual freight elevator in a 45 story office building.Check egress and ingress of deliveries and vendors.Perform critical operations to keep facility running:Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interactionMonitor/Inspect equipment to ensure it's in good working order, participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment - notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.Be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently.Skills, Education and Experience:Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma / GEDAbility to problem solve and make decision as neededDemonstrated self-starter and high initiativeStrong customer service orientationAbility to work effectively in a union team environmentAbility to work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders, and work from heightsPotential to work long irregular hours (weekends and holidays included)Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environmentStrong mechanical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs.Strong communication, reading, writing & math skillsSalary Range Language: The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $144,957 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
