Known for craftsmanship, precision, and on-time delivery, they partner with leading architects, designers, and developers to bring complex custom interiors to life. Their in-house shop is fully equipped, fast-paced, and committed to excellence. Job Description As a Millwork Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Manage and schedule daily shop production, ensuring deadlines are met Oversee a team of fabricators, CNC operators, finishers, and assemblers Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specs Conduct quality control checks at all stages of fabrication Coordinate material ordering and inventory with purchasing Ensure proper use and maintenance of shop equipment and tools Collaborate with PMs, field teams, and leadership on project timelines Implement and enforce safety procedures and shop best practices Step in to perform cutting, machining, and fabrication as needed Troubleshoot production issues and adjust workflow efficiently MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Millwork Project Manager should have: 5+ years of millwork shop production experience; managerial experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of custom millwork fabrication, materials, joinery, and finishing Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and shop drawings Skilled with woodworking tools, equipment, and CNC workflows Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate shop teams Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Hands-on mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality craftsmanship and on-time project execution What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD.
