Job Description Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction I’m working with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the U.S. This company has a strong backlog, repeat clients, and offers long-term stability. Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and enforce quality standards Ensure OSHA compliance and job site safety Coordinate with Project Managers and provide regular updates Lead site meetings and inspections Qualifications: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Ground-up experience preferred Ability to travel full-time Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills Experience with retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or office projects is a plus What’s Offered: Competitive compensation package Per diem and travel expenses covered Bonus potential Clear path for advancement Consistent project pipeline If you're looking to take your next step in your career, apply now!
