Running multiple businesses, there is a need for a focused, diligent, and high integrity Personal Assistant to support all aspects of the Principal's personal life. Based in New York City, the Principal requires the PA role to be executed on site, and to travel both in tandem and independently when necessary (including internationally). Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to an alts investment management Founder, located in the New York City area. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative and personal support to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining organized records, and supporting clerical tasks as needed. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.ResponsibilitiesCalendar OrganizationFinance (review of personal credit card statements and payments, ensuring expenses are properly categorized, and organizing, directing, and approving payments)Travel (booking all travel directly with internal and external contacts)Estate Management (P&L generation on properties, oversight of household staff, hiring and firing household staff, and ensuring residences are prepared for Principal arrival)Anticipating needs and mitigating impending issuesAncillary Tasks and RequirementsCalendar and schedule oversightOrganize travel logistics and management of packingBill paying and investment oversightEvent planningAd Hoc errandsProject ManagementAssist in an office settingSelf-motivated, with ability to work in a home environmentPolished demeanor, positive mentalityStrong attention to detail.
