The Role: What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook, you will be integral to executing San Sabino’s celebrated menu, focusing on precision, quality, and consistency: Execute precise station prep and service to the high standards of San Sabino's culinary program. Candidate Requirements We are looking for passionate, dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria: At least 1 year of NYC restaurant cooking experience . Must have flexible availability and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed . Prior fine dining experience is a plus but not required .
