Buddakan , the iconic NYC dining institution in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our dynamic team as we embark on this exciting new chapter with Chef Danny Bowien — the trailblazing force behind Mission Chinese We're creating a surreal dining experience where the serenity of Asia meets the flamboyance of 16th-century Paris. Ornate chandeliers, gilded details, and otherworldly art set the stage for an immersive culinary journey including boundary-pushing dishes inspired by Chef Danny’s bold and inventive spirit.
