The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse in its extensive portfolio, La Tête d’Or by Daniel . This new concept blends the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tête d’Or by Daniel features a 150-seat main dining room, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, a private dining room, and an exclusive omakase-style steak and seafood table for a unique guest experience. La Tête d’Or is seeking a Raw Bar Cook to join our team. This position is responsible for the preparation and presentation of oysters, clams, lobster, shrimp, scallops, and sashimi. The ideal candidate will have prior raw bar and shellfish experience, be fast, precise, and highly knowledgeable, with the ability to safely and efficiently shuck and prepare seafood while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. The Raw Bar Cook will be responsible for seafood rotation and inventory, maintaining shellfish tags for a minimum of three months in compliance with health regulations, and reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. This role will also be responsible for preparing oyster accompaniments, sauces, and garnishes. Competencies & Qualifications: Ensure the raw bar is prepared and maintained according to company standards for cleanliness, organization, and inventory Consistently execute menu items while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Work collaboratively and professionally with all BOH team members Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing station Follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and skill development Physical Demands: Frequently lift up to 50 pounds Stand for extended periods (4–8 hours) Bend and move intermittently throughout shifts Position Requirements: Full availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours Successful completion of a reference check Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment The Dinex Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
