Our client is a reputable financial services firm and they are looking for a Hospitality Associate.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily catering requests, including placing orders and managing internal stakeholder needsPartner with onsite vendors and facilities teams to ensure timely and accurate food setupOversee logistics for meetings and events, ensuring rooms are properly preparedSupport execution of onsite events, working closely with food service providers and contractorsAssist with reception coverage and help manage guest flow during high-traffic periodsMaintain conference rooms and shared spaces to a high standard of presentationCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operationsDeliver a high level of discretion, professionalism, and client service at all timesQualifications1+ year of experience in corporate food services, catering, or hospitalityStrong client service mindset with excellent communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamExperience coordinating vendors or supporting event logistics is a plusThe salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
