Senior Traffic Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and entrepreneurial-minded Senior Traffic Engineer to lead and expand our traffic engineering practice working from our Brooklyn office (hybrid), Patchogue office (hybrid), or fully remote. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in the region, providing high-quality technical expertise and project leadership, with the flexibility and opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role within the firm. Duties: * Manage and deliver traffic engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. * Lead and direct staff in performing traffic studies, analyses, and the preparation of engineering deliverables. * Attend and represent the firm at daytime and evening public meetings in support of projects. * Drive targeted business development efforts to grow the firm's traffic engineering portfolio on Long Island. * Maintain and build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for traffic engineering services. * Prepare competitive proposals and pursue prospective opportunities to expand our client base. * Collaborate with transportation professionals operating in the NYC metro area to support projects and activities across the wider region.
