They have a strong reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client relationships, with steady growth and a stable backlog of work.Your New RoleThe company is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support field operations on major civil and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced jobsite environments and enjoys working closely with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and agency inspectors.You will assist with layout, field coordination, documentation, quality control, and daily reporting"”playing a key role in ensuring the project is built accurately, safely, and according to plan.What You'll Need to Succeed2-4+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Project Engineer in civil, infrastructure, or heavy construction.Experience supporting field operations on public-sector or agency-driven projects (DDC, DEP, ConEd, DOT etc.) is a strong plusAbility to read drawings, assist with layout, track quantities, and support daily field documentationStrong organizational skills and comfort working in active jobsite conditionsFamiliarity with RFI logs, submittals, daily reports, and quality-control proceduresExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field staff and managementProficiency with construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar) is beneficialAuthorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorshipWhat You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary (typically $90k-$110k, depending on experience)Performance-based bonus plus vehicle allowance, gas card and tolls.
