THE OPPORTUNITY As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through the preparation and presentation of safe, high-quality food. You'll train our restaurant crew to ensure they provide outstanding service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. In this hands-on role, you will be expected to stay engaged and assist others during any downtime. WHAT YOU'LL DO Follow Chipotle's policies and procedures while taking on key responsibilities such as: Ensuring delicious, high-quality food is served to our customers Actively working to resolve any food quality issues Upholding food safety standards, including proper handwashing, monitoring food temperatures, and ensuring the completion of daily safety checklists Addressing customer concerns and striving for positive experiences Overseeing crew breaks, shift changes, and team meetings Training and developing all front of house Crew members Participating in Crew performance reviews Mentoring future Service Managers Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing cash handling and office paperwork Maintaining office equipment and ensuring supplies are always available WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE A strong understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy Experience with cash handling policies and procedures Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Familiarity with office administration Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the restaurant A high school diploma or equivalent Previous restaurant experience WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU 100% tuition assistance for select degrees, up to $5,250 per year Free food while on shift Medical, dental, and vision insurance Digital tips Paid time off Closed on holidays Competitive pay Many opportunities for growth (80% of our managers started as Crew members) PAY TRANSPARENCY The base pay range for this role is $19.65-$21.86 per hour, and you will also be eligible for digital tips.
