Company: Global IT Services company based in downtown ManhattanProject: Technical Support Customer ServicePay: $19/hourLocation: Downtown Manhattan - close to the World Trade CenterLength: 3-4 month tempOperation hours: Monday - Saturday 6:00am - 8:00pmShifts: 6:00am -2:30pm7:00am - 3:30pm11:30am - 8:00pmTraining: Will be paidBackground check: Will be conducted after offerInterview Process: Interview with AppleOne staffing, followed by phone screen with client and an in-person interview for those selected.Short Description: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, chats, and ServiceNow ticketsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on first-call resolutionDocument, track, and manage tickets accurately while meeting SLA and performance targetsSupport users with password resets, MFA, login access, networking, and general IT troubleshootingEscalate complex or high-priority issues to appropriate support teams and maintain ownership through resolutionProvide clear support to technical and non-technical users while promoting self-service tools and best practicesIdentify recurring issues, follow escalation procedures, and adhere to security and data privacy standardsParticipate in team meetings, training, cross-training, and handle high call volumes as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Must have 1-2 years of handling technical troubleshooting like password resets, rebooting, or similar assistance over the phone.Certifications like A+ are highly preferred.Must be able to work onsite.Must be able to work an available shift listed above.Must have strong communication skills written and verbal.Must have HS diploma or GED
