Manager - Flexible Resource Strategy

In this role, you will:Partner with internal customers to identify and evaluate available sourcing and resourcing options to support decision-making relative resourcing needs at a global and local level. May be required to prepare a Request for Information and initiate investigation for alternative vendor solutions, in the absence of an established sourcing strategy. Independently prepare commercial terms & conditions, execute medium complexity contracts including conducting final review to ensure accuracy and completeness as well as coordinating and obtaining all necessary signatures of assigned non-MSA agreements across BVSM-assigned groups. Work on most/all assignments using knowledge and work experience in contracting to achieve desired results at a high rate of accomplishment. Liaise frequently with stakeholders to ensure they understand and have realistic expectations of sourcing and contracting process and systems.
