Support investment reviews with clients to validate the clients' current investment objectives - Prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products - Assist with the development of investment policy statements and advice on asset allocation - Build excellent working relationships with internal clients - Support coordination of sales effort with Investors - Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Bachelors degree required - Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date - Capital markets or institutional brokerage experience - Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
