We've also been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Startup 2024, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies 2025 and 2023, and Built In 2025 Best Places to Work.We're building the first truly unified platform for all travel needs-leveraging the best of human expertise and technology to transform how people plan and book travel.About The RoleThe Cruise Operations Coordinator supports the growth of Fora's cruise category by strengthening advisor support, improving internal workflows, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date cruise information across the platform. As cruise becomes an increasingly strategic part of the business, this role plays a key part in building structure, consistency, and scalable systems that empower advisors to confidently sell cruise. The Coordinator will help maintain partner information, support advisor education and training initiatives, manage operational processes, and continuously improve how cruise resources are organized and communicated. This is an operations-forward role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and motivated by helping others succeed. A strong willingness to learn the cruise industry is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch cruise itineraries, pricing, and availability to support advisor recommendationsPrepare and share curated sailing options and educational resources with advisorsMonitor and manage advisor support queues, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional mannerMaintain organized records of bookings, communications, and partner materialsGather, manage, and update cruise partner assets, resources, and internal documentationAssist with execution of cruise campaigns, trainings, webinars, and partner eventsCoordinate with advisors, cruise partners, and internal teams to ensure timely communicationIdentify opportunities to improve cruise workflows, tools, and processes as the business scalesContribute to building scalable processes that improve advisor experience and operational efficiencyRequirementsBachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience in operations, travel, hospitality, support, communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and deadlines simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, assets, and documentationExcellent written communication skills for emails, partner correspondence, and marketing supportComfort working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management tools, and email marketing platformsAbility to work independently, keep projects moving, and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environmentStrong problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving systems and processesMust be authorized to work in the US and based in NYC or willing to relocateStrongly PreferredExperience in travel, hospitality, or cruiseFamiliarity with cruise booking processes or travel operationsCuriosity about the cruise industry and a strong willingness to learn cruise products, terminology, and partner systemsCompensationCompensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $60K-$80K + equity.
