Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations for a high-volume, service-driven restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing service, team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and compliance, while building a strong and motivated team culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong restaurant management experience, sound financial judgment, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managers and hourly staff Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve concerns professionally Lead, train, mentor, and develop staff to ensure strong performance and accountability Monitor service flow and remain present on the floor during service Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall execution Manage scheduling, payroll, administrative reporting, and personnel matters accurately and on time Oversee labor, food, and beverage costs while supporting sales performance Maintain safe working conditions and proper security procedures for employees, guests, and company assets Ensure compliance with company standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify operational, maintenance, and service improvement opportunities Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary processes as needed Make sound operational decisions in the best interest of the guests, team, and business Qualifications Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong background in guest service, team leadership, and daily restaurant operations Proven ability to manage labor, costs, and overall financial performance Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to make quick, clear decisions in a fast-moving environment Experience xywuqvp with scheduling, reporting, payroll, and operational compliance POS and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, lift, and navigate a fast-paced restaurant environment safely and effectively
