Job Summary We are seeking a driven and service-focused Dental Hygienist / Financial Services Professional to join our expanding financial services team. This opportunity is designed for dental hygienists and dental professionals who want to apply their education, documentation, and client-education skills in a non-clinical setting while helping individuals and families make informed financial protection decisions. This is not a clinical dental position. No dental services are provided. This role operates as an independent contractor opportunity within the financial services industry. Training is provided to support licensing and role readiness. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for educating clients in a compliant and ethical manner. Duties Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection concepts using approved materials Conduct structured financial needs assessments based on client goals, income, risks, and family considerations Provide clear, compliant explanations of financial products, benefits, and protection options Utilize client-education skills to simplify financial concepts for individuals and families Review applications, verify documentation for completeness, and submit cases for underwriting Assist clients in understanding the financial impact of unexpected life events and available protection strategies Collaborate with licensed advisors and team leaders to support appropriate client solutions Support clients in navigating insurance carriers, policy options, and general claims processes Participate in ongoing training related to product knowledge, compliance, and professional development Qualifications Dental Hygienist or dental professional background preferred, but not required Strong communication and client-education skills High attention to detail with experience reviewing documentation Ability to learn financial products, insurance terminology, and compliance requirements Professional demeanor with empathy and integrity Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse individuals and families Willingness to obtainthe required state life insurance licensing (training provided) Benefits Training and licensing support Professional development and mentorship opportunities Work Location Remote (United States)
